• Implementation of an effective Management Strategy to develop proper policies and procedures for JSH in Canada
• Canadians and Jamaicans working together to create a system of organizational functions and accountability
• Management Strategy will maximize impact of JSH supported development projects
• Implement effective monitoring & data collection systems
• Improve regular communications system between Canada, Jamaica and Jamaican partners to maximize coordination efforts
• Development of policies for project selection, de-selection and financial management
• Joint meetings and Board workshops in Canada and Jamaica
